As someone who lives in your district, I just wanted to say that I am happy you oppose the destruction of those historic buildings. Not only do I think we should preserve the history of Milwaukee, but also Downtown books is a very strongly loved part of the community. I know people who will bus from other parts of town to go to that particular used bookstore.
