It is an attractive example of period architecture (as well described in the Temporary Historic Designation Application) that is well preserved and well suited to being saved and rehabilitated for a variety of purposes. Years ago, I spend a couple of months in that building and grew fond of its location, massing, materials, and architectural details. I think that it is an important part of Milwaukee’s history and needs to be preserved. Many thanks for consideration of my thoughts about this important building and its preservation.
