Dear Alderman Bauman,

Apologies that our Architect did not stay until our item was taken up last month.  He thought that would 
be okay since the owner wasn’t contesting the denial for Sheboygan.

I talked to the owner, Josh Mintzer @ Saxony Group and he understands that the Sheboygan option was 
not approved and the requirement to display the stained glass windows on-site remains.  The plan and 
design for this is yet to be determined but it is understood that they must be displayed/utilized in the 
interior of the building.  

The Sheboygan opportunity didn’t turn out to be what he thought it might.  He is withdrawing the 
request.  Any future requests will be better understood and detailed before they are proposed.

We are glad to appear on Monday if needed, please just let me know.
