Dr Toni Heyneke , City Manager of the City of uMhlathuze has requested me to collate all the information for the proposed Sister City Relationship and  it would be appreciated if a copy of the proposed twinning agreement could be made available to me in order to present it to my Council for consideration.

 

Further to the above please also advise of a suitable hotel in Milwaukee which I can make reservations for the Mayor and City Manager for the proposed visit on 27 April 2008 - 2 May 2008.
