Learn why this is important at http://aka.ms/LearnAboutSenderIdentification.] Comments for Historic Preservation Commission concerning file #211499, Certificate of Appropriateness for changes to Wgema Campus: My name is Amy Fritz. My husband and I own and live in the home at 927/929 N. 33rd St., directly across the street from the proposed changes. I understand my neighbors’ need to take down the old pool building but object to the plan to take down trees, in particular the city tree, a mature linden which is in the grass strip between street and sidewalk. The campus has at least three other vehicular access points, two of which I know allow truck traffic. If the parking lot is being redesigned, perhaps there can be a different plan for loading area access which would be less intrusive to the neighborhood and which would not take out one of the few mature street trees left on this block. I hope you will take this into consideration. I plan to attend the hearing on Monday, February 7 hearing of the Historic Preservation Commission. Thank you, Amy Fritz 929 N. 33rd St (414) 344-2923 amy@tomfritz.com
