Your Clr C A Brown forwarded a letter to the Chairman of the Zululand Chamber of Business Mr Phiwo Thango and Ald J Davis forwarded a letter to the Consul General of South Africa for Midwest USA concerning the proposed Sister City Relationship between the City of Milwaukee and the City of uMhlathuze in South Africa.  I am addressing this message to you in my capacity as the City Manager of the latter municipality.

 

We are in receipt of the application form relevant to this matter and we are presently engaged in collecting all of the information for submission to you. We also note the proposed program scheduled for the period 27 April and 2 May 2008.  We are provisionally diarizing these dates.

 

We undertake to also coordinate the matter with the Chairman of the Zululand Chamber of Business.      

 

We are convinced that our future cooperation will present us with exiting opportunities and intend to pursue this matter without delay.  I will appreciate it if you will bring our response to the attention of Ald Davis and Clr C A Brown.
