Squirrels broke off parts of the black wood fiber sections that.were softened by humidity, I had to remove some aluminum siding to replace these areas with durable roofing deck boards then I can put the siding back on Garage: Code # 2 request squirrel proof walls which is full filled automatically once boards are all installed. Code #3 request board replacement which is obvious Shown in picture Code #4 request.Fascia panels which can only be installed after siding is on Code #5 request siding to be re installed which is the final step.. These Four codes could have been condensed to ONE code request stating repair all wall openings and put siding back on where needed. I feel thee inspector intentionally did.this because she is very unethical and I reported this and the supervisor issued me a temporary inspector because of my complaints on inspector Lindsey.. This email and the other one I sent you on September 18th May be all I add to my file for appeal. I left you voicemails on the 18th of September get confirmation of email I sent.. Thank you Sent from AOL on Android ----- Forwarded Message ----- From: "Brian T." To: "KReed@milwaukee.gov" Cc: Sent: Mon, Aug 11, 2025 at 2:51 PM Subject: Codes Hello and good afternoon... Ms.Reed This is Brian from 5269 nth 38th st and I have some Issues I have to resolve, first off there is code 80-49.3 for the only registered vehicle I have and use since purchased and registered plates and title as of May 26th 2024, I have been charged fees for this from inspector Lindsey since I purchased, if this has been removed from list of violations can you please let me know? It has been "EXTREMELY" difficult to communicate and work with this inspector. I have complained continuously in the past and a past supervisor issued a substitution , I am currently fulfilling the current codes that have to be corrected and I also have the permit to do so, in one letter I received from Bolger it stated from Lindsey "he gets permit and watch him let it sit" . It is extremely difficult to work Monday to Friday through all our weather seasons and complete all the task, I have took a leave of absence since March to present , i have appealed the letter for the case as of Feb 2025. My garage codes are from a incident and are only a year old and I am being charged full scale. I only receive letters of intimidation from this inspector who continues to report me to ruin my encouragement.. I will fulfill what is asked from the code request but I beg of you to allow a different inspector seeing she has never been available to discuss any questions in a prompt manner.. My garage codes could have been condensed and Lindsey is charging me as much as she can intentionally and I have told her this and in the email she states "we will keep charging you" I will attached vehicle pic to this email..
