I submitted the requested proof over to DNS that the home was never vacant after purchase because It went under immediate renovation. I was told to send the following. Water Bill/Energy Bill. I also sent photos. I was told that it wasn't proof enough. So I was at a loss. I'm arguing the point that a meeting letter for appeal was never sent out. I have been having issues with my Postal Services, because they have been delivering my mail to the wrong PO Box for sometime because there's another person at that location with the same last name (Garry) causing a mixup. Clearly you can see I'm passionate about this issue and if I did receive the notice I would have definitely made the meeting. Hope I'll be granted grace and receive another opportunity to make my appeal, because I do feel that I was unjustly hit with vacant registration fees for my property.
