Good Morning,

 

On 8/24/11 I responded to a complaint regarding the COA for 3316 W. Mc  Kinley Blvd, and found the repairs to be in violation of the certificate.  After issuing orders, I reinspected the property yesterday and found the violations remained (no additional repairs had been conducted). 

 

I will be conducting my final reinspection on the property on 10/04/11, and at that time if the violations remain I will forward the order to court.  I was told to make the HPC aware of the status of the order, anticipating that should I take the order to court, a letter can be drafted by the HPC confirming the violation status of the repairs.
