 2                  CHAIRMAN BOHL:  Issa Hussein, Class 'A'
 3        Malt application for "Richards Mini Mart" at 2438
 4        West Greenfield Avenue in the Eighth Aldermanic
 5        District.  Is there a Issa Hussein?  This is in
 6        Alderman Donovan's district.  Alderman Donovan,
 7        do you have any information?  
 8                  ALDERMAN DONOVAN:  Well, thank you, Mr.
 9        Chairman.  This is the second time this gentleman
10        hasn't appeared.  If I'm correct, this was held
11        the last time.  I have had a series of complaints
12        from neighbors in the area as to this individual
13        selling to underage people.  In all honesty, I
14        have had the police look into it, and they have
15        not been able to catch them in the process, if
16        you will.  But the - - the complaints, the
17        persistent complaints, the varied numbers of
18        complaints from different individuals regarding
19        the same thing, the fact that this establishment
20        is not all that well maintained, I go driving by
21        and so on, and the fact that he hasn't shown up
22        or taken the time to show up, I would ask this
23        committee to deny the license.
24                  ALDERMAN GORDON:  So moved.
25                  CHAIRMAN BOHL:  With that, Alderman
