1.      The area “behind” B-1 currently used for storage by the office of the Treasurer (Clerk)

2.      Portion of former LRB space in B-11.  Likely would involve “flipping” current HPC storage further north and locating display in the current HPC storage area (Clerk)

3.      B-4.  This would involve moving HPC staff to B-11. Clerk)

4.      Eighth Floor of City Hall – probably south end that includes the library (DPW Commissioner?)

5.      Area under the hollow sidewalk accessed by the door between the two banks of basement elevators.  Door is labeled B-3. (DPW Commissioner)

6.      Both sides of the south end of City Hall rotunda.  Now occupied by empty phone cubbies (west) and notice posting area (east)
