     The Pledge of Allegiance was said and followed by silent invocation. The question was put: Are there any corrections to the Common Council Journal of Proceedings for the regular meeting of September 1, 2022? There being none, the minutes of the meeting were approved without objection.    Video Video
     Ald. Dimitrijevic moved for the Common Council to resolve itself into the Committee of the Whole for the purpose of receiving presentations. There were no objections. The women of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Epsilon Kappa Omega and Upsilon Mu Omega Chapters in the audience were recognized being in attendance. City Treasurer Spencer Coggs, City Attorney Tearman Spencer, and Comptroller Aycha Sawa were recognized being in attendance. From his Honor, Mayor Cavalier Johnson, made a presentation relating to the proposed executive budget for the year 2023. Ald. Dimitrijevic moved that the Committee of the Whole rise.
