The Health Department, in conjunction with the Inspector General, shall report quarterly to the Common Council on the status of the program.
Additionally, a portion of the funds designated for hotel vouchers to be used for the rehabilitation of city-owned foreclosed properties to be used as temporary emergency housing for families displaced by lead remediation. The Health Department shall work with the Department of City Development to identify appropriate properties and potential partnering agencies, similar to the existing emergency housing program.
