Minutes note: Director Wagner asked if there was any action the Board needed to take to affirm Willie L. Hines, Jr. as Acting President. Counsel Tom Gartner noted that no action could be added to the agenda today and that he would review the specifics in the bylaws and report back.
Mr. Hines thanked the Directors and said he looks forward to introducing himself to those who he doesn’t yet know and that he will set up appointments with all the Directors to get acquainted, speak of some key matters and listen to their perspectives on the organization. Director Wagner shared his gladness that Mr. Hines will be working with Travaux and HACM. | | | |

It is expected that the Board will adjourn the meeting in the Closed Session.
