The question was put: Are there any corrections to the Common Council Journal of Proceedings for the regular meeting of February 9, 2021? There being none, the minutes of the meeting were approved without objection.

Minutes note: Ald. Coggs move that the Council dissolve itself into a Commitee of the Whole to honor Joan Prince, who is retiring from the UW-Milwaukee.
