Minutes note: Atty. Block stated this is suspension of Rule III is just for the time being given the pandemic, and it would allow dismissal of complaints that on their face do not allege violations of Chapter 303, without having to notice the parties involved and have a hearing to dismiss the complaint.
Ms. Johnson moved to suspend Rule III during the current health emergency, seconded by Mr. Kalscheur. There were no objections. | | | |
