Minutes note: President Pérez asked the Travaux office staff to introduce themselves to Board with background on the scopes of their job descriptions and current projects. Mr. Pérez thanked the staff for all their hard work. President Pérez asked Warren Jones, Travaux’s Vice President Business Development and Scott Simon, Travaux’s Vice President of Development to give a presentation summarizing the work on current projects; Westlawn Gardens Phase 2.2. and 2.3, Westlawn Gardens Phase 2 – Horizontal Utilities, Holton Terrance, Merrill Park, Becher Court, Central Support West – Parking Structure and Hmong American Peace Academy (HAPA). Mr. Jones provided a Power Point presentation to the Board and hard copies available upon request. Mr. Simon mentioned that Hillside Terrace Development is being assessed for rehabilitation in near future with participation from residents and the surrounding neighborhood.
