Minutes note: Commissioner Soler stated that a motion had previously been made by Commissioner McKenzie and seconded by Commissioner Robakowski at the September 10, 2020 meeting to approve and devlop an appellate body to review the appeal of candidates for the Fire and Police Departments who failed their psychological test. That motion carried. Therefore, this item will be placed on the Regular agenda for January 21, 2021 meeting as a Committee Report.
