Minutes note: Soler moves that the current process be publically shared with every candidate that fails the psychological evaluation. The current process should include in addition to the psychologist, an executive director and a commissioner who can review, uphold, challenge technically the process until we get the study done that will have meaningful data for us to make an improved change. In addition, he requests the RFP process be reviewed. Research will continue regarding this item. This item will be discussed at the next Testing and Recruiting meeting on January 16, 2020.
