   2. Communication from the Department of City Development on Housing Infrastructure Preservation Fund Activities.

Minutes note: Mr. Yves LaPierre said that one more property on Vine Street was added since the previous meeting - the roof will be done, bringing the total number of projects to 4 for 2019. That may be all the projects done this year.

   3. Communication from the Department of City Development on the Lease-to-Own Program.

Minutes note: Ms. Rhonda Szalli said one property was closed on since last month and they are scheduled to close on another one the first of July. There are other properties in the system. The department has not been doing active investigations to ascertain if the properties are owner-occupied and current on taxes.

   5. Communication from the Department of City Development on the Strong Home Loan Program.

Minutes note: Mr. Larry Kilmer said they have committed just over $600,000 year to date. A report was submitted to the file.

   6. Communication from the Mayor's Office, Department of City Development, and the City Attorney's Office relating to activities, revenue and expenditures of the Strong Neighborhoods Plan.

Minutes note: Mr. Nick Sinram said they are about 50% through the budget and there are no concerns about it.

   7.  Communication from the Department of Neighborhood Services relating to the Compliance Loan Program.

Minutes note: Steph O'Connor said 10 projects have been completed at the same pace as last year.

   8. Communication from the Department of Neighborhood Services relating to demolition and deconstruction.

Minutes note: Mr. Tom Mishefske and Chris Kraco present. Mr. Mishefske said the deconstruction contractor hasn't submitted the necessary paperwork, possibly due to cash flow issues. Ms. Nikki Purvis, Office of Small Business Enterprises, said his application for a $10,000 grant will be reviewed for the contractor. It has been expedited and the funds should be available this week, possibly tomorrow. DPW is ready to go, but DNS hasn't referred any projects as they are building up a backlog to provide to the contractor. Seven properties have been razed mechanically and 46 properties have been bid to be razed mechanically.

   9. Communication from the City Attorney's Office regarding updates on neighborhood revitalization litigation.

Minutes note: Assistant City Attorney Heather Hough said the last update is indicative of all the work they have been doing. She updated members on various cases and the office is now investigating other landlords for nuisance violations and also working on the Northridge razing orde and a hoarding house on N. 53rd St.
