The Pledge of Allegiance was said followed by a moment of silence.
Ald. Coggs moved that the Council convene into a commitee of the whole.
Governor-Elect Tony Evers was escorted to the podium by Ald. Johnson, Ald. Lewis and Ald. Dodd.
Ald. Rainey arrived during the presentation.
Ald. Kovac move that the committee of the whole now rise. There were no objections.
