190114 04.ResolutionResolution relating to a Certificate of Appropriateness for a projecting sign at 1009 N. Old World 3rd Street, in the Old World 3rd Street Historic District, for HB Milwaukee, Inc.

Minutes note: Mr. Tim Askin said this is retroactive approval for an aluminum projecting sign. Last year a sign audit was done of Old World Third Street. The sign is also lower than 10 feet from the sidewalk; this sign 8 feet 6 inches above the sidewalk. A permit needs to be obtained for this sign as well. Atty.
