     The Steering and Rules Committee may convene into closed session, pursuant to s. 19.85(1)(b), Wis. Stats., to consider the dismissal, demotion, licensing or disciplining of health department personnel, pursuant to s. 19.85(1)(c), Wis. Stats., to consider employment and performance evaluation data of health department personnel, pursuant to s. 19.85(1)(f), Wis. Stats., to consider financial, medical, social or personal histories or disciplinary data of health department personnel, preliminary consideration of specific health department personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific health department personnel which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations, and s. 19.85(1)(g), Wis. Stats., for the purpose of conferring with the City Attorney who will render oral or written advice with respect to litigation in which the city is or is likely to become involved.     Not available Not available
