| | | | THE HOUSING AUTHORITY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MAY VOTE TO CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION, PURSUANT TO WIS. STAT. § 19.85(1)(G), FOR PURPOSES OF CONFERRING WITH LEGAL COUNSEL FOR THE HOUSING AUTHORITY TO RECEIVE ORAL OR WRITTEN ADVICE CONCERNING STRATEGY TO BE ADOPTED BY THE HOUSING AUTHORITY WITH RESPECT TO LITIGATION IN WHICH IT IS INVOLVED. THE AUTHORITY MAY THEN VOTE TO RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION.
Minutes note: Commissioner Witkowiak made a motion to convene in executive session at 3:04p.m. Chair Wagner seconded the motion. There being no objections, the motion carried.
Vice Chair Diaz, attending in person, convened the Housing Authority Board in executive session pursuant to Wis. Stats. Secs. 19.85 (1) (G), for purposes of conferring with legal counsel for the Housing Authority to receive oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the Housing Authority with respect to litigation in which it is involved. The Authority may then vote to reconvene in open session.
Chair Wagner moved to reconvene in open session. Commissioner Van Alstine seconded the motion. There being no objections, the motion carried.
Vice Chair Diaz reconvened the regular meeting of the Housing Authority Board at 3:33p.m.
