Minutes note: Ms. Witte provided an update on the art inventory RFP and she stated the contract has been signed. She stated that they are looking into purchasing the File Maker program, and that departments are designating a person to handle each area in the City.
There was also a discussion regarding creating a policy to accept gifts of public art and maintaining public art. There will be a policy created for indoor art and outdoor art. | | | |
