Mr. Mahan distributed the 2016 Request for Proposal - CIty of Milwaukee Youth Council listing of agencies that applied and were interviewed by council last year.
10% of the entire City allocation or $99,845 dollars are made available for youth council to allocate.
After discussion went about what categories to target to apply for these funds, council made a decision to target
1. At Risk Youth included but not limited to homeless teens, mental health, human Trafficking, driver's license
2. Civil engagement
3. Youth Employment
