- Ms. Morris thanked Ms. Klose for her work on the announcement flyer for the upcoming listening session. She stated that Ms. Layden confirmed the Public Art Listening Session would be held on October 26, 2017 at 6PM. Ms. Layden mentioned past discussions about having previous recipients present and if that is the case, an early notice is needed. Ms. Morris stated that it will be better for the Board members to present the listening session. Sally Witte will check on photos of past projects to present at the listening session. Ms. Klose stated that she would set up a webpage for RSVPs.
- City of Milwaukee Art Collection

The candidate can continue serving on the Arts Board, but not vote on related items. Sally Witte stated that the expert would be responsible for inspection of art pieces, inventory, condition report, and estimate of repair.
