Ald. Zielinski moves to take $100,000 from DNS Targeted Code Enforcement and move it to youth services.
Tom Mishefske - DNS - intern vacancies would not be filled if this money were removed. Ald. Zielinski suggested that the 2018 budget be created based upon this change. No vote taken on this motion. Withdrawn.
