Minutes note: Patrick Flaherty gave a presentation on the following items: - Recent Activity Reached 100% design for OMF and Phase 1 Reached 100% Final Design for Lakefront with exception of Couture and Michigan Street locations. Conducted Project Meetings Continued Utility Coordination All private telecom construction agreements have been executed as of May 1, 2017. Work is ongoing. Ongoing Constructability reviews Project Transitioning from Preconstruction to Construction phase Operator RFP issued February 2017. Proposals evaluated. Interviews conducted with multiple firms. - 90 Day Look Ahead CM/GC to complete preconstruction activities Continue Private and Public Utility Coordination Conducting Project Design, Utility and Vehicle Engineering Meetings City intends to complete contract negotiations with an operations and maintenance contractor by late summer. Finalize Lakefront Design Drawings Kiewit continues to coordinate with the City and WRTP Big Step and is on track to meet their DBE/RPP goals - Budget $28.24 million spent-to-date - Schedule Overview Phase One: Utility Relocations expected through the 3rd Quarter of 2017 Construction expected through the 2nd Quarter of 2018 Testing expected the 1st through 3rd Quarter of 2018 Open for Service by the 4th Quarter of 2018 Lakefront Line: Final Design currently taking place.    4. Construction Status

Minutes note: Carolynn Gellings gave a presentation on the following construction process: St. Paul - West of Milwaukee River ongoing construction taking place. Broadway - St. Paul to Kilbourn construction will began next week. Jackson - Kilbourn to Ogden construction will began mid-June. Milwaukee and 3rd Ward construction will began later in the Summer into the Fall. Kilbourn construction will began in the Spring of 2018 and Lakefront construction will follow shortly after. Mr. Korban asked Ms. Gellings to explain the first pour of the 50 feet section on Wednesday, May 17, 2017. Ms. Gellings explained that the project was a test run to bring together the workforce and take a look at the quality to make sure it was up to City standards.    5. Vehicle Procurement

Minutes note: Patrick Flaherty gave a presentation on the following vehicle procurement: Conducting Bi-weekly Vehicle Engineering Meetings Vehicle Design is progressing Anticipated delivery of 1st Vehicle December 2017 Mr. Korban stated that Detroit recently entered the Street Car Community and sharing information on best practices. Mr. Polenske stated that there is going to be an educational learning curve. He stated that there will be meeting with cycling and pedestrian committees to build strategy and provide information about the route and coexisting with the street car.
