Minutes note: Dr. Robert Thiboldeaux gave a presentation related to the effects of lead humans. Dr. Yanna Lambrinidou was unable provided testimony due to a prior commitment.

   5. Update from the Health Department on Water Filter and Filter Cartridge Replacement Programs

Minutes note: Sarah DeRoo - Health Department Marissa Stanley - Health Department Faucet mount, countertop, and pitcher water filters, along with starter kits have been purchased and will be distributed through community partners such as the Sixteenth Street Health Center and the Social Development Commission.

Minutes note: Kristen Shead - Milwaukee Water Commons stated the messaging regarding water needs to be presented in a clear and cultural competent way. Shear Winston commended the Task Force for the efforts. He expounded on his experience as a contractor and working on homes that have lead hazards. He added his concerns about cost savings. Kimberly Thomas-Bray stated she is concerned about the inconsistencies in messaging from the City.
