(Expires 5/1/2017) Appearing on behalf of the applicant: Atty. Mike Murray presented comment cards from store patrons. Frank Crilli 379 Gateshead Dr, Naperville, IL stated in June the store needed more attention then other stores and they added staff for outdoor clean up. He stated they hired a landscape company to do a detailed clean up of the bushes twice a weeek. He added that there is more that needs to be done to correct the failures at the store. Individual also present: Ald. Bohl stated there is a lot of litter at the location and he presented photos to that effect. He added that the employees made excuses instead of solving the problems. He stated he spoke with the store manager regarding the issues and expressed his concerns regarding the litter. He added that he did a postcard survey of neighbors and 5 were in objection and 5 were in support. He stated the response to clean up happened in the fall, but it took to long to handle the litter complaints. Ald. Rainey moved to enter in the record as exhibit #1 photos of the location from Ald.
