Mr. Haessly and Ms. Turim gave brief remarks. The previous advisory committee meeting resulted in soliciting a questionnaire to the three invited proposers to respond to, which they did. The three proposers are present to discuss their questionnaire responses, provide additional information, and answer committee questions.
Chair Hollmon said the committee should convene into closed session to hear from each proposer separately in consideration of proprietary information.
The Bronzeville Advisory Committee may convene into closed session, pursuant to s.19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. The committee will then reconvene into open session for the remainder of the regular agenda.

Recommendations
Ms. Montgomery Baker moved to recommend that the RFP for 2368 N. Martin L. King Jr. Dr. be awarded to Rockford's Blue Water Grill contingent on acquisition of a liquor license and compliance with ADA requirements. Upon failure to meet those conditions, the RFP shall be rewarded to Reign Arts & Entertainment Facility subject to their acceptance. Ms. Garrison seconded.
