Minutes note: Dr. Medhin said that the existing ordinance on the matter expires on April 10, 2015. The proposed ordinance will make the ordinance permanent. There are no other changes.
Mr. Richardson moved that the proposed ordinance meets the standards of legality and enforceability, administrative efficiency, and consistency with the format of the zoning code. Atty. Mukamal seconded. There were no objections.
