The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 301-2 of the code is repealed and recreated to read:

301-2. Aldermanic District Boundaries. Effective with the 2012 spring primary election, the territory within the limits of the city of Milwaukee shall be divided into 15 aldermanic districts which shall be comprised of the following election wards, as described in resolution file number 110062:

1. FIRST DISTRICT. Wards 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63.
2. SECOND DISTRICT. Wards 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 70, 71, 72, 73, 74.
3. THIRD DISTRICT. Wards 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, 146, 147, 148, 149, 150, 151, 152, 153, 154, 155, 156, 157, 183, 184.
