Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various
parts of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On North Bartlett Avenue from the south curb line of East Linnwood Avenue to a point 70 feet south thereof at anytime”
“On the west side of North Bartlett Avenue from the north curb line from East Linnwood Avenue to a point 60 feet north thereof at anytime”
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the north side of West Canal Street from a point 170 feet east of North Emmber Lane to a point 130 feet east
On the north side of West Canal Street from a point 445 feet east of North Emmber Lane to a point 130 feet east
On the north side of West Canal Street from a point 720 feet east of North Emmber Lane to a point 50 feet east
Part 3. Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to No Parking During Winter Months is amended by striking the following:
“On the north side of East Belleview Place from North Farwell Avenue to North Prospect Avenue Except Sunday from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM”
Part 4. Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to No Parking During Winter Months is amended by adding the following:
On the south side of East Belleview Place from North Farwell Avenue to North Prospect Avenue Except Sunday from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM
