Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and

Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:

2nd Aldermanic District

N. 89th St. - W. Silver Spring Dr. to W. Carmen Ave. (SM499250007) File Number 250515: Installing bioswales. (Nonassessable Water Quality Fund -- $25,000 additional funding). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $165,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2026 construction season.

7th Aldermanic District

N. 55th St. - W. Townsend St. to W. Keefe Ave. (SM495250059) File Number 251012: Relaying sanitary sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $194,000). The total estimated cost of the project including the requested amount is $209,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2026 construction season.
