Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts

of the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the south side of West Lawn Avenue from the east curb line of North Green Bay Avenue to a point 80 feet east thereof, at any time”

“On the north side of West Layton Avenue from a point 575 feet east of South 20^th Street to a point 40 feet east thereof”

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of West Layton Avenue from a point 455 feet east of South 20^th Street to a point 345 feet east thereof”

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-b of the Code relating to Half-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the west side of South 13^th Street from a point 145 feet north of West Oklahoma Avenue to a point 300 feet north thereof”

Part 4.  Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking is amended by adding the following:

On North 89^th Street from West Blue Mound Road to West Wisconsin Avenue
