Title

Resolution accepting a sewer easement document SE-2816 from Milwaukee County, located in Menomonee River Parkway and Menomonee River Park at West Townsend Avenue extended. 

 

Analysis

This resolution accepts Sewer Easement SE-2816.  The easement is located in Menomonee River Parkway and Menomonee River Park at West Townsend Avenue extended. 

 

Body

Whereas, The City of Milwaukee has submitted a request for an easement required to maintain an existing 48” x 76” storm sewer located in Menomonee River Parkway and Menomonee River Park at West Townsend Avenue extended; and

 

Whereas, The easement area is located in lands owned by Milwaukee County; and

 

Whereas, Sewer Easement SE-2816, granting permission to the City of Milwaukee or future assigns to maintain the 48” x 76” storm sewer has been granted by the owner and approved as to contents by the City Engineer; and

 

Whereas, Sewer Easement SE-2816 will also grant the City of Milwaukee or future assigns the right of entry in and across the property with the right to inspect, enlarge, reconstruct and relocate said 48” x 76” storm sewer as may become applicable; now, therefore, be it

 

Resolved, By The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the City of Milwaukee hereby accepts Sewer Easement SE-2816, said Sewer Easement document being attached to this Common Council File Number 100739 and incorporated in this resolution by reference as though set forth in full; and, be it

 

Further Resolved, That after said Sewer Easement document has been accepted, it shall be forwarded to the City Attorney for approval as to form and execution and then to the Department of Public Works for recording and distribution.
