Analysis

Common Council File # 091371 revised several licensing provisions of the code and combined licenses for street photographers and professional photographers. This ordinance returns the photographer's license to a 2-year cycle rather a one-year cycle.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 81-93-1 of the code is amended to read:

81-93. Photographer's License; Professional.

1. Each professional photographer's license shall be issued for a [[one-year]] >>2-year<< period commencing from the date of granting of the license.
