Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the proper city officers be and they hereby are authorized and directed to issue a city check in the sum of $10,062.50 payable to Terschan, Steinle & Ness, 309 North Water Street, Suite 215, Milwaukee, WI 53202 to reimburse them for legal fees for Police Officer Michael Pendergast

Further Resolved, That the check for $10,062.50 is to be delivered upon presentation of a proper release, approved by the City Attorney; said amount to be charged to the Damages and Claims Account -636506- Fund No. 0001 - Organization 1490- Program 2631 - Sub Class S118.
