Title
A substitute ordinance to further amend the 2010 rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service.
Analysis
This substitute ordinance changes the rates of pay in the following department:
Employes’ Retirement System and Health Department
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 2 of ordinance File Number 090457 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 9, 2010 - May 1, 2010):
Under Salary Grade 004, add the title "Health Project Coordinator - Violence Prevention."
Part 2. Section 2 of ordinance File Number 090457 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:
Under Salary Grade 008, delete the title “Pension Investment Analyst.”
Under Salary Grade 010, add the title “Pension Investment Analyst.”
Part 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Part 4. The provisions of Part 1 of this ordinance are deemed to have been in force and effect from and after Pay Period 9, 2010 (May 1, 2010).
The provisions of all other parts of this ordinance are deemed to be in force and effect from and after its passage and publication.
Part 5. This ordinance will take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
