A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of West Morgan Avenue from South 9^th Place to South 26^th Street from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday

On the south side of West Morgan Avenue from South 9^th Place to South 26^th Street from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM Monday through Friday

On the west side of North Van Buren Street from East Clybourn Street to East Mason Street from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM Monday through Friday

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the north side of West Morgan Avenue from South 9^th Place to South 20^th Street from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM except Saturday and Sunday and except where No Parking at Anytime is in effect.”

“On the north side of West Morgan Avenue from South 12^th Street to South 13^th Street from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM except Saturday and Sunday.”

“On the north side of West Morgan Avenue from South 20^th Street to South 26^th Street from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM except Saturday and Sunday.”

“On the south side of West Morgan Avenue from South 12^th Street to South 17^th Street from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM except Saturday and Sunday and except where No Parking at Anytime is in effect.”

“On the south side of West Morgan Avenue from South 20^th Street to South 26^th Street from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM except Saturday and Sunday.”

“On the west side of N. Van Buren Street from E. Michigan Street to E. Mason Street from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM except Saturday and Sunday”

Part 3.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of West Clybourn Street from North 35^th Street to a point 70 feet east

In the alley bounded by West Washington Street, West Scott Street, South 10^th Street and South 11^th Street.

Part 4.  Section 101-24-1 of the Code relating to Tow-Away Zones is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of West Morgan Avenue from South 9^th Place to South 26^th Street from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday

On the south side of West Morgan Avenue from South 9^th Place to South 26^th Street from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM Monday through Friday

On the east side of North Van Buren Street from East Clybourn Street to East Wisconsin Street from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM Monday through Friday

On the west side of North Van Buren Street from East Clybourn Street to East Mason Street from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM Monday through Friday

Part 5.  Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to No Parking During Winter Months is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of North 58^th Street from West Lloyd Street to West Elliot Circle

Part 6.  Section 101-23-10-c of the Code relating to Alternate Monthly No Parking During Winter Months is amended by striking the following:

“On the west side of North 58^th Street from West Lloyd Street to West Elliot Circle”
