Title
Substitute resolution authorizing acceptance of additional funding of the Milwaukee Continuum of Care grant from the Greater Milwaukee Foundation Inc.
Analysis
This resolution allows the City of Milwaukee to accept additional funds for the Milwaukee Continuum of Care grant from the Greater Milwaukee Foundation Inc. in the amount of $150,000 for a total up to $600,000.
Body
Whereas, The initial funding for the program was approved by Common Council File No. 130128 and amended by File No. 151414; and

Whereas, Additional funding of $150,000 will be provided by the Greater Milwaukee Foundation; now therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Community Development Grants Administration is authorized to accept the additional funding without further approval unless it terms change as indicated in Section 304-81, Milwaukee Code or Ordinances; and, be it

Further Resolved, That the City Comptroller is authorized to increase the current grant budget by $150,000 for a total of up to $600,000; and, be it

Further Resolved, That the City Comptroller is authorized to:

1. Commit funds within the Project/Grant Parent of the 2022 Special Revenue
Grant and Aid Projects Fund, the following amount for the program/project Titled
Milwaukee City and County Continuum of Care-Greater Milwaukee Foundation
Inc.:
