This resolution amends CCFN 220416, authorizing acceptance and funding of the 2022 HIV Partner Services grant from the Wisconsin Department of Health Services for the purpose of reducing the incidence of AIDS/HIV through preventive services and education.
Body
Whereas, Common Council File Number 220416 authorized the Health Department to accept and fund the 2022 HIV Partner Services grant for the purpose of reducing the incidence of AIDS/HIV through preventive services and education; and
Whereas, the Grantor share for this program is increased by $238,793, the City share is increased by $0, and total cost is increased by $238,793 to $514,793, now, therefore, be it;
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Health Department shall accept this grant without further approval unless the terms of the grant change as indicated in Milwaukee Code of Ordinances Section 304-81-5c; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the City Comptroller is authorized to:
1. Amend the budgeted funds within the Project/Grant parent account of the 2022 Special Revenue-Grant and Aid Projects Fund, the following amounts for the project titled HIV Partner Services:
