This resolution amends CCFN 211193 accepting and funding of the 2022 STD Infertility Prevention grant from the Wisconsin Department of Health Services to provide preventive health education services and focused disease intervention activities.
Body
Whereas, Common Council File Number 211193 authorizes the Health Department to accept and fund the STD Infertility Prevention grant from the Wisconsin Department of Health Services for the purpose of preventive health education services and focused disease intervention activities; and
Whereas, the Grantor share for this program is increased by $49,201, the City share is increased by $0, and the total cost increased by $49,201, for a total cost of $496,632; now, therefore, be it;
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Health Department shall accept this grant without further approval unless the terms of the grant change as indicated in Milwaukee Code of Ordinances Section 304-81-5c; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the City Comptroller is authorized to:
1. Amend the budgeted funds within the Project/Grant parent account of the 2022 Special Revenue-Grant and Aid Projects Fund, the following amounts for the project titled STD Infertility Prevention Grant:
