Resolution approving the rooftop antenna lease at Hillside Terrace with PCS for People Ohio, LLC

Body

Whereas, Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee ("HACM") owns Hillside Terrace at 1545 N. 7th Street Milwaukee, WI 53205 (the “Property”); and

 

Whereas, PCs for People Ohio, LLC (“Tenant”) desires to use a portion of the Property in connection with its federally listed telecommunications business; and

 

Whereas, Tenant shall use the Leased Premises only for the purpose of

installing, maintaining, and operating a communications antenna, dish and related equipment, and uses incidental thereto for providing radio and wireless

telecommunication services which Tenant is legally authorized to provide; and

 

Whereas, The “Initial Term” of this Lease shall be for three (3) years commencing on the date of execution of this Lease. This Lease shall automatically renew for successive three year periods, unless either party sends written notice of termination to the other party, in which case this Lease shall terminate 90 days after receipt of such notice of termination; and

 

Whereas, HACM and Tenant agree that the use of the Leased Premises is a rent-free in order to facilitate services to the Hillside Terrace residents and community; therefore be it

 

Resolved, by the Commissioners of HACM that HACM is hereby authorized to execute and deliver all documents required or deemed necessary to effectuate the rooftop lease; and, be it 

 

Further Resolved, that all acts previously performed, relative to this matter, by the Commissioners and the Secretary-Executive Director of the Authority, be and hereby are approved, ratified and confirmed in all respects.
