Analysis
This resolution authorizes engineering studies on projects which by City Charter are nonassessable. After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council. The City cost for engineering these projects is estimated to be $337,000 with the total cost estimated to be $6,088,000.
Body
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:

15th Aldermanic District

N. 12th St. - 205’ +/- South of W. Walnut St. to W. Walnut St. (SM495220019) Relaying combined sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund - $12,000). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $88,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2022 construction season.

City Wide

Administration cost for high impact paving engineering (ST216220001) File Number 211199: (Nonassessable High Impact Paving Fund -- additional funds $325,000). The total 2022 budget for the high impact resurface program is $6,000,000.

Further Resolved, That all City Departments are authorized to perform engineering, surveys, plan preparation, and determine an estimated cost thereof; and, be it
