WHEREAS, Travaux Inc. solicited sealed bids by Official Notice Number 58089 during the period February 18, 2022 through March 4, 2022 for Plumbing (TCP-9.1-RB) for Townhomes at Carver Park; and

WHEREAS, two sealed bids were received by the deadline of 2:00 PM (CST) on March 4, 2022; and

WHEREAS, the sealed bids were received and publicly opened on March 4, 2022, during which the bidding procedure was conducted in compliance with the requirements of local, state, and federal regulations; and

WHEREAS, B V Tetzlaff Inc., a qualified and competent bidder, submitted the lowest responsive and responsible bid in the amount of $668,500.00; therefore, be it,

RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of Travaux Inc. that it hereby authorizes and approves accepting the bid of and entering into a contract with B V Tetzlaff Inc. for Plumbing (TCP-9.1-RB) for Townhomes at Carver Park; and, be it

FURTHER RESOLVED, that funds for these services will come from Townhomes at Carver Park Tax Credit Financing; and, be it

FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proper officers of Travaux Inc. be and hereby are authorized and directed to properly execute said contract for and on behalf of Travaux Inc.; and, be it

FURTHER RESOLVED, that if any extensions of the time of performance are needed, the officers of Travaux Inc. may approve such request without any further action of the Board of Directors of Travaux Inc.; and, be it

FURTHER RESOLVED, that all of above is contingent upon receiving the approval of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, if it is determined that such approval is required; and, be it
