Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts

of the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of East Montana Street from South Taylor Avenue to South Lenox Street on school days from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM

On the west side of South Lenox Street from East Russell Avenue to East Montana Street on school days from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the east side of South Lenox Street from East Russell Avenue to East Montana Street on school days from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM”

Part 3.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of North 10^th Street from a point 220 feet south of West Wisconsin Avenue to a point 20 feet south thereof

On South 41^st Street from West Morgan Avenue to a point 40 feet south

On the south side of West Morgan Avenue from South 41^st Street to a point 40 feet east

Part 4.  Section 101-26-5-1-b of the Code relating to Snow Parking Regulations - Four or More Inches is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of South 25^th Street from West Greenfield Avenue to West Orchard Street
