Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the proper city officers be and they hereby are authorized and directed to issue a city check in the sum of $9,862.50 payable to Cermele & Matthews, S.C., 6310 W. Bluemound Rd., Suite 200,  Milwaukee, WI, 53213 to reimburse them for reasonable legal fees incurred in Rodolfo Gomez v. City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County Case No. 18-CV-3767 and Gomez v. Board of Fire and Police Commissioners for the City of Milwaukee, Case No. 15-CV-6824, as ordered by the Court; and, be it

Further Resolved, said amount to be charged to the Damages and Claims Account -636506- Fund No. 0001 - Organization 1490- Program 2631 - Sub Class S118.
